Central to this initiative is the LITEON Energy management software, which integrates energy storage systems, solar panels, EV chargers, and smart home devices through a cloud-based platform.Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales activities.As a Sales Account Manager, you will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.Identify appropriate RFI/RFQ opportunities from CSP KA in the NA market.Determine CSP's product or solution needs for the next 2-3 years.Act as the primary point of contact, addressing customers' individual needs.Generate new business through existing and potential customer networks.Supervise account representatives to ensure sales growth.Set and track sales account targets, aligning them with company objectives.Monitor sales metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.Qualifications:Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in business administration (or equivalent experience).Work Experience: 3 - 5 years of related or equivalent experience in the server industry in a Sales Account Manager role.Skills and Abilities:Adaptability: Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.Multitasking: Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.Analytical and Problem-Solving: Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.Time Management and Organization: Strong skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.Issue Identification and Analysis: Ability to identify issues, obtain relevant information, analyze and compare data from different sources, and identify alternative solutions.Independent Reasoning: Interprets and seeks information, uses independent reasoning to diagnose the root cause of situations or issues, identifies and tests solutions, and thinks beyond what is typical or customary.Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.Resource Management: Ability to manage resources, monitor activities, and assess risks and quality issues associated with the program/project.Additional SkillsLanguage Skills: Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a plus, aligned with business needs.Flexibility: Flexibility to work some evening hours as needed.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and other applications to streamline communication and complete tasks.Travel Requirements: "‹ "‹Frequent (multiple times per month)"‹ Benefits : As a full-time employee, youll have access to LITEON's comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off in compliance with US labor requirements.Additional Details : LITEON is committed to equal opportunities for all qualified individuals, and we welcome a diverse range of applicants.
