This role sits within the sales team. The candidate will primarily be responsible for promoting the usage of 's BondsPro trading platform among its sellside & buyside customer base, and to cultivate new and existing client relationships. To succeed, the candidate must have strong sales, personal, and organizational skills, perseverance, an interest in people and in finance, and the ability to learn quickly.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in the corporate bond sales, trading, or brokering space. They will be expected to build on the franchise through organizing client feedback, managing user experiences, and contributing to the brand's overall growth & success.The candidate should have an excitement for electronic trading, sales, client service, and overall market structure. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, dynamic, organized, persistent, and a confident, engaging communicator in both written and verbal forms.Responsibilities:• Work with the Head of Sales and other colleagues to deliver the Global Sales strategy and drive short-term revenue• Offer strong client service and build relationships to promote trading platform usage and growth• Develop and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce/business managers and traders at clients to help maximize connectivity• Work with sales colleagues and technology partners to enhance the trading platform• Identify and support revenue growth initiatives across new markets and productsQualifications/Experience• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate bond sales, trading, or brokering• Demonstrable relationships with relevant market participants• Self-motivated, proactive individual able to work independently to build and manage their book of work• Team player, willing to collaborate and work with others to manage clients, help launch new initiatives, and contribute constructive ideas and feedback on existing products• Has the sustained drive and energy to deliver a consistently high level of service.• Ability to carry out work without prompting and close supervision• FINRA Series 7 and 63 requiredWhat We Offer:• Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in financial markets• Opportunity to contribute quickly and materially to business success and product development• Strong client relationships and leading-edge connectivity• Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and innovative team• Flexible work environment with the option for partial remote work (hybrid)• Comprehensive benefits package, including insurance and a 401(k) planCompensation will be a mixture of salary and bonus, with incentive-based aspects based on individual performance.
