ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (MISSION DRIVEN COMPANY & ROLE)ABOUT DAZOS:Amazing opportunity to join a mission-driven software company that serves the mental health space. We have doubled the size of our sales team and 100% of our team has been performing. We also promote from within and have had many promotions the last 12 months. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own the sales cycle- including aggressive prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities using a variety of sources.Master the ability to tell the Dazos story and how we are a game changer for the various mental health organizations we supportConduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, Phone, and Email.Utilize a customer-focused selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers.Demonstrate and present product information and features via phone, web, and onsite with prospectsValue & Solution sellingPartner with other teams and roles to close high-value opportunities.Build customer relationships to support their success, upsell, and generate referralsEstablish relationships with behavioral health programs within the assigned territory.Establish outside relationships with behavioral health consultants, industry vendors and medical professionals.Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets and goals.Utilize our CRM to internally track all activitiesInterest in the mental health space and/or in helping peopleWHO YOU ARE:2-4+ years of successful quota carrying sales experience in SaaSSuccessful business development background generating leadsWillingness to lean in on heavy outbound prospectingExperience selling into health related verticalMaster negotiator & closerStrong networking and relationship building skillsCuriosity, ability to listen, desire to learnExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and mentalityCoachable, flexible, and self-motivatedDiligent self-starter; someone with initiativeStrong organization and follow-up skillsResilient, doesn't give up easilyInterest in the mental health space and/or in helping peopleExperience with LinkedIn & email prospectingWHAT WE OFFER:Positive Coaching & Continuous Career DevelopmentPromotion opportunities in every roleOpportunity to work in a fast-growing company that is innovating rapidly in healthcareInclusive, friendly environment where every employee is valued and respectedExcellent Benefits & CompensationFun Team & Environment
