We serve residential and commercial contractors, and we are a full charter Carrier distributor providing engineering, technical, training, and Warranty Support to our contractor/dealer customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time sales role as a Territory Sales Manager at Standard Air. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding customer relationships within a territory in and around the Western Pennsylvania Region. Your day-to-day tasks will involve supporting and visiting assigned existing accounts, prospecting and acquiring new customers, promoting and selling HVAC products, providing technical support and training, managing sales forecasts and budgets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.QualificationsExcellent communication, sales, and customer service skillsExperience in sales management and territory managementAbility to provide training and technical support to customersStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and results-orientedAbility to work independently and remotelyAt least 5 yrs. experience in the HVAC industryBachelors degree or technical school is a plusMust have a valid drivers license
