With a cult following of celebrities including Rihanna, Zoe Kravitz, Julianne Moore, Jennifer Lawrence and Charlize Theron to name just a few, the brand is the leading destination for influencers, industry insiders and tastemakers around the world.ResponsibilitiesThe floor supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the stylist team. They work alongside the manager and assistant manager to ensure the team is delivering goals outlined. They are the first point of contact if problems occur with employees or customers. People ManagementAssist with day-to-day management of stylist teamCoach employees by giving constructive feedback- "coaching in the moment"Ensure all procedure and process are followed throughSupport and deliver on-floor training with all new stylistAssist in conducting team meetings with store manager and assistant store managerSales DutiesWork towards sales & KPI targets to motivate stylist teamEnsure the client information is captured correctly and that client records are accurately maintainedRegularly update staff on business performance, and new initiativesOperational DutiesMaintain an excellent level of cleanliness, facilities, and store maintenanceEnsure safe and secure storage of all data, in particular client and staff data held in the storeCustomer ServiceEnsure that the stylist team is always providing the highest level of customer serviceDrive sales and customer retention through clienteleImprove sales by retaining customers and increase average spendResolve customer queries and complaints when requiredBe a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent brand knowledgeUnderstand piercing healing times, positioning and fitting, ensuring that advice is taken from piercing team as well as understood and communicated by selling teamAccurately process all POS transactions, capture of customer information, transfers, repairs, damages, etc. to maintain the integrity of the inventory.Skills & Qualifications2+ years retail supervisor experienceHigh level of accuracy, organized, and meticulousExcellent organizational and planning skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead a teamSolution focusedAbility to stand, move and walk for multiple hoursAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
