Job ***** Pharmaceutical Sales Representative General ***** The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for implementing the organizations sales/marketing plan to assure maximum market penetration. Must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and innovative environment where proactive business ideas are strongly encouraged. The position requires demonstrated business and analytical capabilities, excellent communication and prioritization skills, experience identifying and developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), as well as a strong collaborative working style coupled with a high sense of urgency and drive for achievement. Key **Developing strong business relationships with health care partners and customersBuilding territory plans to launch a new brand into the territoryDeveloping strategies to approach potential customers and increase salesDistributing appropriate information to health care professionals as neededClinical resource for customersOrganizing and executing sales presentationsExpert with clinical data and utilizing it in a sales presentationKeeping current with the competitions products, service offerings and activityEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all company support departmentsBeing fully compliant with all safe use initiatives and company policies and procedures.Effectively deliver products safe use education to appropriate customersPlanning and implementing an effective call planAbiding by company policies and procedureQualificationsBachelor's degree required Minimum of one year Pharmaceutical Sales experience Experience launching new product(s) in specialty markets A history of succeeding in a start-up/small company environment preferred; experience working in a specialty sales team is a plus An accountable self-starter ** Field Based - Must live within assigned territory Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry and otherwise move up to 25 pounds Ability to sit, stand or walk for various lengths of time throughout the day Ability to operate a motor vehicle and independently travel Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers Ability to proficiently operate computer hardware and software on a daily basis Equal Employment Opportunity RxSalesPros is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
