(7 Years) • Experience with MS Project and Visio (7 Years) Description : Client is seeking a Mid-level Technical Analyst who will be responsible for successfully planning, organizing, and motivating diverse project teams throughout all phases of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects and for delivering documentation and artifacts that provide exceptional value to the DIT-Transportation internal and external stakeholders. Business analysts collect and analyze data for potential business expansion. This position will also identify specific business opportunities and shareholders to support business goals, lead projects, and coordinate with other teams to produce quality results and outcomes. Job Responsibilities: • Manage, organize, and lead multiple projects with multiple staff across functional areas and/or agencies. • Develop, manage, and monitor the integrated master schedule for projects or multiple phases of a project. • Create and monitor project budgets in compliance with enterprise standards. • Manage issues and risks, at varying degrees, to effectively control and mitigate project impacts. • Apply known Project Management best practices for developing and managing projects such as estimation. • Advocate alternative project solutions in line with enterprise standards. • Work with the following Project Management Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid. • Counsel and advise senior level management and leadership regarding issues and risks and technology issues. • Ensure that integrated master schedule is followed and must be accountable for changes in the schedule. • Ensure that contract deliverable is met. • Liaison with internal and external partners. • Assist with the preparation and review of test procedures and reports. • Assist with the development of a strategic customer roadmap. • Establish and document processes to support all areas of responsibility. • Develop use case scenarios for the user acceptance testing process. • Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Develop and author test strategy, test plans, and test cases. • Create ad-hoc reports, data queries, standard reports, and dashboards to support business needs. • Integrate research, team ideas, and client feedback into solution requirements. • Maintain high-quality project and software design documentation and analysis. • Maintain a log of completed and ongoing system changes. • Identify business scenarios and document them. • Create and manage a project schedule and milestone plan. • Partner directly with business owners to implement solutions to process defects. • Analyze root causes of business issues and develop appropriate resolutions. • Utilize feedback to improve work and build on previous learnings. • Assist business partners with test plans and related quality reviews. • Test business processes and recommend relevant improvements. *Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. * *Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. * Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
