Job Details This Project Manager will be working solely for the IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, setting goals, defining project scope, and managing project deadlines and schedules. You will work closely with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project completion within the budget and timeline. You will also be responsible for documenting project plans, status reports, and risk management strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of project management principles. Responsibilities: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths, and preparing risk management strategies. Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans. Building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Conducting project post mortems and creating a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Resolving project issues and risks to ensure the successful completion of projects. Qualifications: A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager. Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.
