Senior Account ExecutiveReports ***** Department Manager or COOJob DescriptionThe General Agency Senior Account Executive is a key position within agency sales and service team with primary responsibilities including coverage and procedural guidance to team members, assistance with team training, consulting, advising, communicating and relationship building between the agency, the agent, the carrier, and the consumer. Effective results expected from this position will be monitored through team performance, meeting deadline requirements, product knowledge, peer, consumer & carrier feedback and team growth/retention. This non-exempt position requires high level analytical and problem-solving skills, and this individual will handle communication, quoting, executing new business, assisting in qualifying existing renewals for possible alternative markets, account rounding and underwriting while using discretion and independent judgement.
