Salesforce CRM Business Development Manager

Job **My clients a leading CPA firm with a large technology consulting practice are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Business Development Manager to lead their efforts in growing Salesforce practice, driving business through the Salesforce channel, and expanding our mid-market client base. This role is top priority and requires you to identify new opportunities, and driving business growth through proactive outreach and partnership development.Key *Strategic *Build and strengthen alliances with the Salesforce vendor to enhance our visibility and partnership standing.Develop and execute strategies to leverage the Salesforce ecosystem for business development opportunities.Salesforce Channel *Drive business growth by collaborating with Salesforce account executives and other stakeholders within the Salesforce vendor network.Act as the primary liaison between our organization and Salesforce to align goals, initiatives, and opportunities.Client *Identify and target mid-market clients to expand our customer base.Develop tailored value propositions and solutions to meet the unique needs of mid-market clients.Business *Proactively engage in cold calling and other outreach strategies to identify potential clients and partners.Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Leadership and *Lead and mentor a team of business development and sales professionals.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages high performance and accountability.**Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the Salesforce ecosystem.Strong existing relationships with Salesforce account executives and other key stakeholders.Demonstrated success in driving business through strategic partnerships and cold calling.Experience in acquiring and managing mid-market clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
