This role offers an exciting mix of managing existing accounts and cultivating new business in a competitive market.About the RolePosition: Full-time Outside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Aurora, CO, with statewide travel (100-200 miles weekly, depending on client needs)Compensation:Salary: $75,000-$105,000 (depending on experience)Generous commission structureMedical, dental, and vision insurance401K with employer matchingMonthly swag, fuel, and entertainment allowanceQuarterly phone allowanceKey ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts (primarily north of the Denver metro area).Prospect for and acquire new business, spending approximately 35% of your time cold calling.Foster long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.Collaborate with team members to drive revenue growth, surpassing sales targets.Utilize tools like Power BI for daily insights into customer and product performance.Work closely with Sales Support and leverage supplier-provided leads to expand your reach.QualificationsValid U.S. work authorization.5-10 years of experience in B2B sales (packaging industry experience preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.Cold calling experience is critical for success in this role.Demonstrated negotiation, adaptability, and persistence.Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.What We OfferTraining & Onboarding:Comprehensive training tailored to your experience level.New hires without industry experience may spend time in Customer Service to learn the business.Support & Resources:Access to Sales Support for lead generation and client management.Supplier partnerships for additional leads.Growth Opportunities:Performance-based career progression, including opportunities for territory expansion or management roles.Expect 10-15% growth in existing accounts and additional growth from new business within the first year.Why Flexpak?At Flexpak, we pride ourselves on being the leading packaging distributor in the Intermountain West.
