Tax Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and oversee the company's global tax strategy, ensuring compliance while supporting international expansion.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the company's global tax strategy, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.Manage all aspects of international tax compliance, including transfer pricing, VAT/GST, and cross-border transactions.Collaborate with external advisors to address complex tax issues and support the preparation of international tax filings.Conduct research and provide guidance on international tax laws and regulations impacting the company's operations.Partner with the finance and legal teams to support global business operations and expansion initiatives.Monitor and assess the impact of changes in global tax legislation on the company's financial position.Assist with tax planning strategies to optimize the company's effective tax rate and mitigate risks.Prepare and present tax-related reports to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree in taxation preferred.5+ years of experience in international tax, preferably in a public accounting firm or multinational corporation.Strong knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing, and global tax compliance requirements.Experience with tax planning for technology companies or startups is a plus.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Why Join This Team?Be part of an innovative company driving the future of technology.Opportunity to build and influence the tax function in a high-growth startup.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment with a focus on professional development.PandoLogic.
