Land Acquisition Project Manager (Open to Relocation)

ResponsibilitiesManage a site from pre-acquisition to home constructionEnsure property documents meet company standards and address any concerns with managementComplete all due diligence before the contingency period ends and the Land Acquisition Proforma (LAP) is submittedCreate, review, and maintain property documents and reportsCoordinate with Land Development, Acquisitions, Construction, Sales, and Marketing teamsConduct site inspections to track project progress and identify risksOversee budgets and schedules, updating as neededWork with engineers and consultantsMaintain community opening schedules based on acquisition and development progressLead and manage the Entitlements and Land teamsCoordinate with consultants and municipal staffReview development agreements and other related documents (e.g., impact fee audits, school agreements)Handle zoning and platting of projectsTravel overnight as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university3 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or trainingAbility to follow written, verbal, or digital instructions clearly
