Agency Business Development

Were a video production agency producing Brand Films, Customer Stories, Commercials and variety of other public facing marketing/advertising content.As we continue to grow our agency and work on updated branding, we are seeking a results-driven business development role to support a sales funnel focused on building new relationships, attracting new projects, and referral-based work.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies for long-lasting working relationships with Direct-To-Brand and Agencies.Utilize CRM, lead generation, email outreach platforms, and similar.Work closely with in-house creatives, marketing org members, creative directors, and agency producers.QualificationsStrong experience and understanding of agency and video production operations.Proven track record of successfully developing business for our (or similar) industry.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships.Ability to travel for meetings, production days, off-sites, and more.What we offerPerformance-based incentives based on project budgets in addition to a base salary.Health, Dental & Vision benefits.Hybrid work environment with a focus on working remotely unless there is a need to be on-site.A creative and goal-oriented culture that loves developing content and drives results for our clients.We are also open to exploring other structures for this role ***** Fractional, Representation, Commision Only, etc...
