We are currently recruiting for a Vice President of Sales to join a food manufacturing company in the Nashville region, this will be a permanent role paying between $225,000 to $275,000 with a great benefits package also. The Vice President of Sales will drive sales growth, foster client relationships and align the sales strategy of two facilities with the broader company objective. The role will collaborate with multiple other teams within the business to ensure a unified sales approach and optimised revenue generation across the regions.Key Skills required;Minimum of 7 year of sales leadership experience.An exceptional sales leader with a track record of success and growth.Must have experience in the food, nutrition or ingredients industry.Ability to bring in new business, as well as nurturing existing accounts.Able to travel, there will be around 30% travel involved in this role (predominantly NA region).Happy to be working on site.
