One of our early-stage AI portfolio companies is looking for their first AE to join and scale the business while working directly with the Founders.Responsibilitiesdrive all commercial activity across North America.Work with the Founders to go from 10 to 100 customersWork closely with product marketing and product teams to align marketing and salesDesign an end-to-end Sales process and run it with a founder to make sure it worksLead by example by driving everything from lead qualification, pitching, negotiating, closing, and retainingServe as the main point of contact for customers as the team gets built upTake ownership of customer account healthQualificationsPrior experience selling SaaS or AI would be an advantagePrior experience selling into commercial leaders would be an advantageTechnology or Start-up experienceProactive and hustler mentalityAbility to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independentlySomeone looking to build something from the ground up
