Required Experience and Skills: • Previous Data Entry experience (minimum of 6 months required) • Previous Call Center, Customer Service, or Customer Facing experience (minimum 1 year experience required) Preferred Experience and Skills: • Outgoing calls or call center experience (highly preferred) • Experience with cash handling highly preferred (examples include accounting, Bank Teller, Cashier, Ledger) Required Assessment: (Desktop or Laptop only - no mobile usage) • All candidates must have passed the AAR v2 scores Tests and Basic Computer Literacy • Tests must be taken within the last 6 months • Candidates must have passed overall assessment Education: • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) • Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Required Soft Skills: • Analytical • Detail-oriented • Excellent attendance history Call Center/Data Entry Responsibilities: • Membership processing • Preparation and validation of information • Phones • Finance related activities Shift hours may vary slightly upon completing training Work Model: • Onsite Role (With options for remote once all training and QA scores are at Operations Standard and approved by the Operations Manager) Time off: • NO Time off during training or first 90 days - This includes Dr appts • No time off during holidays (federal holidays exception) Interviews: • In person-30 minutes - Please make sure interview availability is on resume • Operations Manager to be interviewing candidates *Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. * *Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. * Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
