Job Details Primary Responsibilities Lead assessment, development, and evaluation of care in assigned areas Supervise Unit Coordinators and clinical staff Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations Manage staff meetings and communications Oversee financial performance and staffing levels Conduct needs assessments and coordinate staff education Analyze data to implement quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Review and revise policies, procedures, and protocols Represent the hospital in committees and external functions Integrate evidence-based practices in care delivery Maintain confidentiality and respect for patients, employees, and organization Promote safety and use infection control principles Additional Responsibilities Participate in professional organizations and hospital activities Maintain professional growth and development Contribute to cost control through efficient use of resources Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or in progress Current Ohio nursing license AHA Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification required Specialty certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, previous management experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
