We offer a plethora of services such as videography & photography, search engine optimization, staging, printing, and so much more.Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring, managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting the successful delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to solve problems while collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.Responsibilities:Build your book of business through a combination of inbound leads and outreach potential clients within our target demographics.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and maximize client satisfaction.Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide strategic guidance on how our products/services can help clients meet their business objectives.Coordinate the successful delivery of projects and services to clients, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure projects are executed efficiently.Track and manage deliverables, timelines, and client expectations.Act as a problem-solver for client challenges, providing creative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and products.Support the sales team in renewing contracts and expanding business with existing clients.Monitor client account performance to identify areas for potential growth and improvement.Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders on the status of projects, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics.Analyze client feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvements in service delivery.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of new clients and renewals.Work with marketing to ensure that client needs are represented in communication strategies.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.Job Details:Job Type: Full TimeLocation: Hybrid/RemoteBenefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Sick, 401k matching, Holidays, Equity RSUsInterested candidates should email their resume to talent@
