**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced District Manager to oversee the operations of 15 boutique stores. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience in managing multiple retail locations, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence, all while maintaining a customer-centric focus.Key *Leadership & Staff *Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store managers and their teams.Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and team collaboration.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team results.Operational *Ensure all stores meet operational standards, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.Implement and monitor company procedures and processes across all locations.Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless store operations.Sales & Financial *Drive sales growth by developing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all stores.Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for each store.Customer *Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that every store delivers an exceptional shopping experience.Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.Strategic Planning & *Develop and execute district-level strategies aligned with company goals.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Report regularly on district performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.Travel & On-Site **Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in operations and provide hands-on support.Act as a liaison between stores and corporate leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
