Gpac is working with an established equipment service and repair company that is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of  General Manager . This General Manager opportunity will provide a competitive base pay compensation package, great benefits, and also the opportunity for a performance bonus!! General Manager Responsibilities: Develops, maintains, and adheres to a priority system for scheduling all service work Manages work order systems, including invoice logging, and generate service invoices Schedules and assigns job and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge Ensures that Service Department is equipped with the necessary tools, and service equipment is available and maintained in good working order Conducts self in a professional manner at all times, inside and outside the company Monitors metrics on a monthly basis to assure achievement of departmental goals Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the company General Manager Requirements: Experience in a Service Manager Position and background as a Service Tech/Mechanic Excellent communication and leadership skills Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency, and handle people and pressure in a positive manner Being able to lead a team of up to 15 technicians Apply with an updated resume to be considered for this General Manager position.  Only qualified candidates that submit a resume will be considered for further contact.
