They are in search of a hard working Senior Project Manager in the Santa Rosa area with DSA project experience. Description Key Responsibilities of a Senior Construction Project Manager - CA K-12 - Santa Rosa, CA Point of contact for Client and other consultants/contractors for the contract, design, procurement, construction, and closeout of CA K14 and or civic projects Develops project specific procedures and documentation, and consults with Client on design and construction contracts and related A/E systems for the project Ensures contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications comply with construction/project requirements Obtains, maintains, and manages data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and requirements between Owner, architects, engineers, and other project-related entities Manages project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, and project closeout Leads in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses Coordinates and monitors activities of contractors, engineers, architects, and related sub-consultants/contractors Ensures project team adheres to safety requirements Manages procurement services, as may be required by the Client Profile A Successful Senior Construction Project Manager - CA K-12 - Santa Rosa, CA Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent is required Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Construction Manager (or equivalent) in another similar firm Experience on projects larger than $100 million Progressive knowledge of design-phase management, construction phase management, cost and project controls, scheduling, and documentation.
