Job ** Sales Representative Novi, MI Engineering PlasticsWorking * Full-time, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)FLSA * Exempt $150K+ (DOE)Develop in-depth knowledge of the Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) market, including competitor landscape and emerging trends.Identify and qualify leads, conduct research on potential accounts, and engage in cold calling to establish relationships.Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly for the companys TPEE product, PELPRENE.Drive market development for Thermoplastic Recyclable Resin (TPRR) and generate sales and profits with new clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.Achieve and exceed sales quotas, consistently closing deals and contributing to team success.Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless execution of projects.Provide ongoing account management, including support and follow-ups to foster long-term partnerships.Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the plastics materials industry, preferably within TPEE or thermoplastic elastomer products.Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation techniques, and client acquisition strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel up to 70% for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Additional *** This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
