They take a lot of pride in their work and there is great value in what they do as this high security, white glove, service is not offered by many!ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for driving outreach and building relationships that maintain and grow existing business!Grow your assigned clients by fostering and nurturing strong relationshipsOversee freight opportunities to optimize customer satisfaction and revenueProactively call your customers to identify new opportunities and expand your portfolioCollaborate cross functionally with the sales team to uncover potential upsell opportunitiesCreate business reviews with customers collaboratively with Sales, Quality, and Business Development to evaluate performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvementForecast for your customers, providing valuable insights and data to support accurate predictionsQualifications3+ year Account Management experience within the 3PL industryProven track record in sales, business development, account management and relationship buildingAbility to work on site daily in Lisle, IL (Tuesdays optionally remote after training and approved by management)
