Purpose of this Job:To promote Sanden products and services and expand business with existing customers as well as discover needs and create solutions develop new markets and customers.This job involves the development and launch of new products, strategies and generating sales growth aligned with market trends to meet the company's Execution and Mid-Term plan targets.Principle Duties/Essential Functions: Identify and develop activities to overcome market, industry or other challenges to develop new business.Assist in the development of commercial and strategic activities for Sanden's North American replacement market client baseGenerates sales leads and translates these leads into new business opportunitiesActs as the focal point of communication between Sanden and our Aftermarket customers, including the Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Warranty functionsBuilds mutually beneficial relationships with key customer personnelWorks with the other members of Sanden's Sales and Product Management teams to identify and develop the products needed to compete in the market.Represents Sanden at trade shows, customer and dealer events, and industry conferencesAssist in developing monthly, yearly, and long-range (5+ years) business plans and sales forecasts for the N.
