Senior Manager - Strategic Accounts TeamEstablished over 10 years ago, our client is a market-leading MarTech platform providing a range of solutions to drive customer retention in the global eCommerce space. Working with brands such as Steve Madden, Princess Polly & GoPro, they win numerous awards years after year for their customer-centricity and their fantastic workplace culture.They are looking for a Senior Manager to lead their top-sellers within their Strategic Accounts team whilst taking an active role in their larger, more complex sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a collaborative & hands-on leadership approach, in a business that has exciting growth plans over the upcoming years.This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week required in their NYC office.ResponsibilitiesLead the Strategic Accounts team, supporting in complex sales where necessarySupport in customer base expansion with a consultative approach to all customersIdentify new business opportunities within large organisations, building a long-term sales pipeline for the businessBuild & maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders in all organisationsCreate & manage the strategic account strategyAchieve & exceed both individual and team-based revenue targetsMaintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activityThe Successful Candidate3+ years' sales team leadership experienceExperience managing large deal sizes (6-figures and above)A background in eCommerce or MarTech is essentialCollaborative & hands-on leaderCommutable to New York City 3 days per weekSenior Manager PackageBasic ***** $150,000-160,000***** $320,000Pension optionsHealthcare optionsDental & vision coverLife & disability insuranceEquity optionsMaternity/paternity coverCompany 401K matchingHybrid position - 3 days per week in NYC office
