ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research US potential accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals.Understand client needs and able to communicate our value proposition and product benefits in line with company messaging.Engage prospects by phone, LinkedIn, email, video, and other sales & marketing tools to generate new interest and new business potential.Manage sales operations tools and update lead activity in CRM & relevant platforms.Experiment with new strategies, analyze what's working, and share feedback.Collaborate with AE and GTM teams to refine strategies, optimize sales processes and manage reporting.Requirements1-2 years experience as an SDR/BDR at B2B Saas companiesEnglish at native level - a mustSelf-starter, quick learner, goal-orientedTech-savvy - able to learn new platforms to track your workStrong written and oral communication skillsExperience in finance, treasury, or accounting - advantage
