If youre seeking career growth, a vibrant company culture, and great relationships, this opportunity is for you.Visit our website to learn about our people, culture, and community impact.Job ResponsibilitiesSetting goals, monitoring, and implementing short and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business planDeveloping staff through supervising, coaching, mentoring, and trainingManaging scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project deliveryBuilding and maintaining client and stakeholder relationshipsCommunicating effectively internally and externallySupporting staff and colleagues on transportation related projectsAssisting in determining staffing needs, recruiting, and maintaining a skilled workforceAdministering the JT Quality Assurance process for all projectsJob RequirementsA Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university; or equivalent years of relevant education and experience10+ years of relevant experience leading projects and managing staffA Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE (preferred)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsA valid drivers license and reliable transportation worksites, client meetings, and conferencesTo be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is locatedTo occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related workLife at JT: The Benefits and PerksOur benefits and perks are top-notch.
