Key Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced sales leader to work with the Sales Team to manage accounts and support our Milpitas, CA Office location.Responsibilities **Developing and executing the company's business strategiesProviding strategic advice to senior managementDevelop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and direct managementAnalyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growthWork cross-divisionally strategic objectives that will reduce cost and redundancy of individual effortsCapability in understanding complex customer applications and with creative ideas to present solutions to the application bringing value to the customer as well as for us, creating and understanding win-win situationsDevelop complex marketing plan in close corporation with marketing, R&D, Sales managers, logistics, regional managers,Ensuring accurate forecast and hereby best possible utilization of capital employed by ensuring an efficient, timely and predictable execution of factory load/production planning in close collaboration with PP/Logistics and regional managersSupporting / managing / motivating a team of inside sales team in Asia supporting accounts in the West Coast TerritorySupporting direct sales activities including customer visits for Tier 1 OEMsHandling of RMA/Customer complaintsScope of *Business developmentDefinition of strategy /Execution of strategyProspecting new accountsAccount management plansDriving new salesDevelop marketing collateral - cut sheets- tradenames- white papersEstablishing go to market plansDevelop and manage existing businessDriving leading participating in Standards - tradeshows etc.Marketing campaign materialsTeam buildingSales meetingsManaging of pipeline opportunitiesCustomer project managementDesired Skills and QualificationsRequired **** 4-year college degree, technical degree preferred5+ years of sales leadership and management experience in a related high-tech companyStrong Leadership skills in leading and motivating a high performance sales team.Ability to multitask and work autonomouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with all client levels including C-level /executiveExceptional time management and organizational skillsTeam Work oriented with a positive attitudePreviousexperience in customer service in related fieldAdvanced PC skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordUnderstanding of CRM or sales force revenue softwareA self-motivated individual who can successfully manage and prioritize own workload with minimal direct supervision.Job ***** Full-timeJob **Milpitas, CARequired **Bachelors
