Enhance your natural beauty by harvesting the power of nature's most nutrient-rich superfood ingredients to provide you smooth, hydrated, glowing, sexy skin.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Regional Sales & Events Manager responsible for managing a team of 4-7 Sales & Event Coordinators (SECs) and Account Executives (AEs), along with approximately 25+ freelancers in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who drives sell-through sales by implementing the Company's education strategy and vision. This Kopari team member will build collaborative relationships, communicate Kopari's strategic goals, and develop long-term plans to ensure overall growth and profitability within their defined territory.This position reports directly to the National Sales, Education, & Events Manager and will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to achieve company objectives. The role requires approximately 75% travel/field work and 1-2 days of office work per week, with availability for weekend work as needed to support events. The ideal candidate must be centrally located on the East Coast, ideally in the Atlanta or Southeast region near key markets. They will oversee the East Coast territory from New York/New Jersey to Florida.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales & Strategy ExecutionAchieve and exceed regional sales goals by driving retail performance.Develop store-specific plans to increase sales, focusing on sell-through and education initiatives.Successfully execute product launch plans and marketing initiatives to maximize impact.Manage the execution of annual sales plans for retailers, including Ulta and Nordstrom.Conduct Retailer Strategy In-Store Meetings to strengthen relationships and drive performance.Leadership & Team ManagementAct as a hands-on leader, spending time on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and support your team to success.Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a productive team of SECs, AEs, and freelancers.Provide side-by-side coaching to ensure your team's growth and success.Conduct weekly individual calls with team members to review performance, set goals, and provide support.Monitor and manage team productivity, including overseeing freelance budgets and ensuring ROI.Review team calendars and PTO requests to maintain effective training cadences and event coverage.Help recruit and onboard new hires for open positions within the region.Operational & Budget ManagementManage budgetary responsibilities, including travel and expense (T&E) and freelance spend to ensure profitability.Review and submit monthly T&E reports for approval.Ensure visual merchandising consistency in stores, adhering to brand standards and retailer protocols.Meet deadlines for calendars, expenses, event recaps, and other corporate requests.Conduct key events and market support visits to drive brand awareness and sales.Required Skills and Qualifications3-5 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.Proven ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering both personal and professional growth.Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Bachelor's degree is preferred.Ability and willingness to travel as needed (approximately 75%).Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day, with breaks Spends at least 80% of time in the field/in storeSpace in your home to store roughly two (2) 9x12x6 boxes.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Regional sales goal achievement and sell-through performance.Team retention and development, including recruiting and onboarding new talent.Effective budget management of T&E and freelance spend.Execution of brand initiatives, including product launches and key events.Consistent visual merchandising standards across stores.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a motivational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about customer experience and team development.
