This role focuses on identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and establishing key relationships with strategic partners for long-term growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, research, and contact potential partners, retailers, and integrators to create collaboration opportunities.Partnership Development: Collaborate with current partners and explore new partnership opportunities.Pilot Program Support: Assist in launching pilot programs with mid-sized retail chains and ensure actionable insights are delivered.Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the VP of Business Development to align outreach efforts with FastSensors long-term goals.Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support cross-functional initiatives.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Key Objectives (KPIs):Activate at least one Proof of Concept (PoC) with each strategic partner by June 2025.Formalize partnerships with at least one multi-brand retailer by the end of the year.Support the BD team in achieving growth objectives through strategic alliances.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.Passion for retail analytics and innovative technology solutions.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and innovative team environment.Access to cutting-edge retail analytics technology.FastSensor is an equal opportunity employer.
