They oversee our brands journey in the TikTok Shop ecosystem, from onboarding to building out and managing execution of the strategies to get each brand to $1M+/month in GMV.Requirements:TikTok Shop Partner Agency Background - Have experience working with a leading TikTok Shop Partner agency. Only exception here is if youre running TikTok Shop marketing for a brand moving $1M+/monthBe playing in the big leagues - Used to working with and deploying 6-figure to 7-figure influencer marketing campaign budgetsLove what you do - Have as big of a passion for building and executing campaigns (and companies) as we do.Be ecstatic about the idea of changing your life with 3-5 years of grinding and building - excited about the idea of the next few years being a grind, it being intense, with long hours, in exchange for learning how to create companies at the biggest scale and a massive equity payout if this goes wellBe even more humble than you are great at this - Youll working with some of the best company builders from several different industries during this journey. Creator ContractingTake a list of creators we want for a campaign, including max bids for each, and contract them to deliver the contentNegotiate and finalize contractual agreements with influencers, outlining deliverables, timelines, and compensation2. Content ProductionOversee the creation of influencer posts for your campaignsCollaborate closely with clients, internal teams to understand brand objectives and messaging.Ensure that influencer content effectively communicates the brand message and values.3. Content Quality ControlReview influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with creative briefs and brand guidelines.Provide constructive feedback to influencers to enhance the quality and relevance of content.4. Creator PaymentsManage the payment process for influencers in a timely and accurate manner.Verify and approve invoices, ensuring creators are compensated as per contractual agreements.5. Campaign ReportingTrack and report on the performance of influencer content against predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future influencer collaborations.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience working with a leading TikTok Shop Partner or running TikTok Shop Marketing for a major brandExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding attention to detailExperience with analytics tools to measure and optimize content performanceSelf Managing - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal direct supervision
