Channel Account Managers manage Odoos diverse partnership network. Our partners add Odoos products and services to their existing business model, creating new verticals and revenue opportunities for their company. You will work closely with partners to pursue leads, evaluate project requirements for feasibility, make demonstrations, and close deals. Youll learn different management practices throughout a variety of industries and how Odoos diverse apps (there are over 50!) can be used to alleviate company needs.We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.Responsibilities:Train partners in effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategiesCoach partners to enhance sales processes and performanceFoster continuous learning and skill development among partnersMaintain strong relationships with sophisticated partners for ongoing successIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnershipsCollaborate with partners to customize implementation packages for end customersNegotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needsImplement cross-functional processes for operational efficiencyStreamline communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customersIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automationCollaborate with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo software as a competitive advantageContribute to customer-centric strategy developmentMust-Have:Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSpanish fluency (professional or native/bilingual)Passion for software products1-2 years experience in salesAble to work in a rapidly evolving fieldExcellent communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with ERPExperience in a SaaS companyAvailable immediatelyAdditional languages, French preferredCompensation and Perks:Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA Matching, 401K Matching, and Commuter BenefitsPTO (Paid-time-off), paid sick days, and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals$100 towards a work-from-home office setupEvolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!Chef-prepared lunches - snacks, fruit, and coffee/drinks on tap!Company-sponsored events for groups of 6+ employeesThe estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000.
