JCW is currently working on behalf of a growing specialty insurer thats looking to hire an AVP/VP Casualty Underwriter. In this role, youll be responsible for managing casualty insurance accounts, assessing risks, and making underwriting decisions to ensure profitability and compliance with company policies.Key **Evaluate and underwrite new and renewal casualty insurance policies.Develop and implement underwriting strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.Mentor and guide junior underwriters.**8+ years in casualty underwriting with a proven track record.
