StevenDouglas is ranked as a "Top 10" Search Firm in Dallas and a "Top 25" Executive Search Firm on a national level.Reporting to the StevenDouglas Texas Managing Director, Laurie Canepa, this role will be responsible for both identifying and attracting, and top Accounting and Finance talent for our clients, as well as creating and developing new and existing client relationships. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring a positive client and candidate experience.
