Regional Sales Manager PPEWe seek a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager PPE to join our Safety Sales team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic regional partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Regional Sales Manager will engage with end-user customers and distribution partners about PPE, promote our products, and collaborate with our Strategic Account Managers to grow market share successfully.Responsibilities Oversee leads from initiation to completion, successfully closing deals using effective CRM practices and precise tracking.Develop an annual sales plan that includes efficient time and territory management, and plan activities well in advance.Manage sales and expense budgets for the territory, including goal setting.Engage strategic national distributors to drive regional revenue by collaborating closely with the Company's Strategic Account Managers.Qualifications Over five years of experience in industrial sales with a strong background in personal protective equipment (PPE) products.Experience driving revenue growth with sizeable industrial distribution companies specializing in Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and safety products.Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, ANSI, NIOSH, and PSM.Must visit customer sites (construction, chemical, government) without restrictions.Establish and cultivate relationships with industry distributors to enhance the company's brand visibility.Skilled in using CRM software and various other systems.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Must be able to travel extensively within the US.Company Our client is a world-leading Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) brand.
