Join us on our exciting growth journey!Your Role as General Sales ManagerAs the General Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of your Massage Envy location. This hands-on leadership role requires you to manage sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and build a high-achieving team of Licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and sales associates.What You'll Do • Sales Leadership: • Implement and teach the HELIX2 Method of Sales Training to drive membership and retail sales. • Set and exceed ambitious sales goals, motivating your team to achieve consistent results. • Team Development: • Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent, including Licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and sales associates. • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and supported. • Customer Experience: • Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience by maintaining Massage Envy's high service standards. • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. • Operational Excellence: • Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, deposits, and compliance with labor and employment laws. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide real-time coaching to improve team performance. • Marketing & Community Engagement: • Utilize local marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote services. • Leverage organic social media efforts with existing staff to build community awareness and engagement.Why You'll SucceedWe're looking for someone who is: • Sales-Driven: • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance. • Smart and Strategic: • Quick to analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute plans that deliver measurable results. • People-Oriented: • Skilled at building trust, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Experienced: • At least 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a sales-driven, customer-facing industry. • Hands-On Leader: • Comfortable leading by example, working directly with your team, and addressing challenges head-on.What We Offer • Compensation: • Competitive base salary with monthly bonus commissions tied to sales and customer service performance metrics. • Growth Opportunities: • Join a rapidly growing organization with significant opportunities for advancement. • Benefits Package: • Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.Why This Role MattersAs a General Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of your location.
