VenSure Financial Group has immediate openings for tenured insurance brokers to join our growing national sales team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years insurance experience and a proven track record of selling fixed index annuities and life insurance. A Unique OpportunityWe are currently assigning territories to independent agents in selected US cities to partner with us in our financial education seminars for seniors.We've cracked the code on executing these seminars effectively and profitably. On average these seminars produce between $15,000 and $35,000 in commission income to our 1099 agents per event. And most important there isn't any out-of-pocket cost for qualifying agents for either the seminar, seminar venue, or meals for their first event and future events.Open TerritoriesWe are assigning territories in the following metropolitan areas-         Louisville Kentucky-         Omaha Nebraska-         Lincoln Nebraska-         Raleigh North Carolina-         Tulsa Oklahoma-         Madison WisconsinAdditional assigned territories will be opening quickly so if meet the agent qualifications below and are not in one of the cities listed above, please feel free to reach out to us.Agent Qualifications Ten years or more of demonstrable annuity and life insurance sales success.Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsIn depth knowledge of annuity and life insurance products, use cases, and the US marketplace as a wholeHave the ability the ability to work in a face paced and results driven cultureResident life insurance licenseThe ability to attend and contribute your experience weekly with our executive teamTechnological fluency with an ability & willingness to learn new and emerging technologiesThe ability to pass a comprehensive financial background checkInterest in building your own sales team is beneficial but not required.About Our FirmVenSure Financial Group is an independent life insurance agency located in Wichita Kansas.
