Noggin Guru is seeking a high-energy, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be calling warm leads and cold calling Financial Institutions to offer a robust library of compliance and continuing education courses delivered via a learning platform that tracks and reports on staff performance. Key ResponsibilitiesConsistently Surpass Goals: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. Prompt Attention: Quickly respond to leads and quote requests. Cold Calling: Consistently prospect for new business. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations: Ability to confidently highlight the value and benefits of our content offering and B2B software solution. Leads: Work with inbound or warm leads to identify, connect, and present solutions to leads' problems/pain points. Identify and resolve leads' objections as they arise. Positive Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and energetically, conveying enthusiasm about helping the customer solve their challenges. Personal Touch: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide input and feedback: Always look to improve the sales process and enhance customer experience. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated on product changes, new features, and company policies. Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, issues and resolutions within our CRM. Attend: Weekly Sales Meetings and daily standups. QualificationsBachelor's Degree Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B environment. Working knowledge of office productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, and Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude. Ability to be proactive, work independently. Experience in online education is a plus.
