The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales process by managing quotes, sourcing equipment, and ensuring seamless communication between sales and project management.Key *Quote * Develop accurate and competitive quotes tailored to client needs, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.Equipment * Identify and procure necessary equipment from approved distributors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) * Accurately calculate COGS to ensure pricing aligns with company profitability goals.Benchmarking and * Identify critical benchmarks and project deliverables, effectively communicating these to the project management team. Partner closely with the sales and project management teams to align on goals, timelines, and resource allocation.Process ** Continuously refine and improve sales enablement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.* Maintain accurate records of quotes, sourcing decisions, and benchmarks to ensure transparency and accountability.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.Strong analytical skills with experience in calculating COGS and managing budgets.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of distribution channels and vendor management best practices.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Preferred **Experience in the IT industryFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools.What We ****Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
