We are consistently rated as the #1 employer in the region with the ability to attract and retain technical talent.Our commitment to excellence and impactful results has translated to long-term relationships and value for our clients and solution partners Please visit us ***** **Key Responsibilities of the **â— Develop customer growth strategies along with our leadership team.â— Work on strategic requirements, develop deep and long-term relationships acrossclient organizations.â— Harvest strategic accounts, create demand, and oversee marketing activities to increase the visibility of Trantor.â— Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementationacross sales and marketing teams.â— Monitor and deploy strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success - Make accounts grow with usâ— Your success will be measured via a combination of revenue growth and account profitability.Understand how to have pre-sales conversation with customer on Enterprise IT, GenAI, COTS based solutions collaborate with technical leadership to develop proposals and solutionsWhat it takes to catch our eyeâ— 6-10 Years of experience in account management or sales in IT/ITES/Consulting/Analyticsâ— Ideal candidate should be either a US Citizen or Permanent Residentâ— Experience in building client relationships, across an organization, and growing revenues andProfitabilityâ— Have achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8 or above from clients.â— Demonstrated executive leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.â— Demonstrated experience in seamlessly developing relationships at the C-suite, Officer level.â— Excellent presentation, selling and negotiating skills.â— Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills towards a broadconstituency ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical management.
