Responsibilities: As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal counsel to our clients, and representing them in court. Key responsibilities include: Engaging in comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop strong case strategies. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments. Managing all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, and appeals. Collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of top-notch legal services. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends. Providing advice and guidance to clients on legal rights and obligations. Handling personal injury cases and advocating for the rights of our clients. Qualifications: To be considered, candidates must have: A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state Florida state bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance litigation, preferably in the area of First Party Property cases Extensive experience in legal research and writing. Proven track record of handling personal injury cases. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
