Quality Inspector $18 + Production BONUS (Read below!!) / 3rd shift Crawfordsville, IN We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our quality control department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities: Verify and document that finished products meet customer specifications and AWS D1.1 requirements. Perform dimensional layout and visual weld inspections of all welds according to quality inspection procedures. Document inspections on the appropriate inspection forms. Ensure adherence to safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety standards consistently. Requirements: Experience as a Quality Inspector Experience in working with voltages Willing to work 3rd shift PRODUCTION BONUS!!! $18.51/hour + Guaranteed 75% bonus for their 48 hours per week. Pay increases come with each certification they complete. OT - this person is eligible for paid OT (dependent on need) and will be paid 1.5x their hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 per week. Occasionally, there are OT hours available on Fridays.Example: $18/hr x 75% (production bonus) = 13.88 + 18.51 = $32/hr.
