Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Ability to provide telehealth remote ABA behavior consulting and supervision experience potentially at a variety of our locations. About ABC: As the longest-running ABA therapy provider in Indiana since 1997, we are looking for caring and passionate individuals to work with our patients. With over 300 employees, 11 soon to be 13 ABA centers, clinical research teams, family support resources, an ever-expanding portfolio of community outreach partnerships and an experienced leadership and support team, we are committed to providing patients the highest quality programming and services possible. Job Description: Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking qualified and passionate Behavior Analysts (BCBA-D or BCBA) to work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis. The ideal candidate for this position must be board certified in one of these certifications, a genuine passion for working with individuals and their families, flexibility and a philosophy for a team work environment. Previous telehealth experience is a plus, but not required. We are ideally looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience as a BCBA-D/BCBA. Job Responsibilities: BCBA provides evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to assigned patients Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients Collect and analyze ABA data by the BCBA Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence-based interventions Collaborate with families and other providers Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorization Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians Possibly supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable) Job Requirements: Master's or Doctoral Degree per certification level BCBA-D or BCBA certification by the BACB Quality technical skills and passion for quality services Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Organized and flexible Excellent time management skills Ability to work with electronic data collection software Job Benefits: Competitive Pay commensurate with experience and certification Work from home flexibility Flexible work schedule, but must be available at least 20 hrs per week on average 2 Specialized High Behavioral Units Living in Functional environments (LIFE) program for preteens and teens Early intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) based clinics for patients 6 & younger Internal Behavioral review committee 3 Senior clinical directors with over 60yrs of combined ABA experience 3 clinical directors with over 20+ years of combined ABA experience We are an ACE CEU provider that offers multiple diverse opportunities throughout the year 16+ free BACB CEUs per yr offered internally Monthly Journal club to review research articles No Non Competes Pay Range: $42-$48 per billable hour To apply, please submit your online application, along with your resume.
