NYC Salary Range - $85,620 - $95,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location. Regardless of seniority or role, uphold UNFCU's mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors Perform a variety of data queries, market segmentation, profitability modeling, target list creation, and trending analyses to provide insight about the behaviors of UNFCU membership Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing and Creative teams for campaign execution. Contributions include industry and product research, scope definition, audience identification, member engagement, and key result identification and tracking Analyze/interpret campaign results, draw business inferences and clearly communicate the findings and recommendations to key stakeholders Identify business opportunities through standardized reporting and data analytics Structure and manage projects by identifying key elements, important milestones, and timelines Assist in designing new reporting and processes, studying system capabilities, and working with technology partners Measure and track effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and provide stakeholders insight into online campaign performance Analyze digital metrics (site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to recommend website content updates Assist in the selection of marketing research and analytics software vendors Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, personal networks, and professional societies Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer or Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Math, or Statistics or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency 3-5 years of experience in marketing research and/or analytics Experience in business and data analysis in a corporate setting Ability to mine, organize and analyze complex and/or unstructured data Strong Excel proficiency, data visualization tools (Tableau) and marketing engagement tools Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SiteImprove) Ability to recognize trends in consumer behavior Proactive team player with strong problem-solving capability Demonstrated ability to structure and manage projects independently with meticulous attention to detail
