Volt is seeking a skilled Welder to join a dynamic team in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. If you have over 10 years of experience and a passion for precision welding techniques, we want to hear from you! As a Welder you will: Perform PTAW (Plasma Transferred ARC Welding), GTAW-HF (High Frequency Gas Tungsten ARC Welding), GTAW (Gas Tungsten ARC Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal ARC Welding), and GMAW (Gas Metal ARC Welding) with utmost precision and efficiency. Utilize excellent blueprint reading skills to interpret technical drawings accurately. Understand and interpret IMI WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and WPQRs (Welding Procedure Qualification Records) to ensure compliance and quality. This is a full-time opportunity Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm Compensation: $35 - $40/ Hr. + Benefits *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. The Ideal candidate will: 10+ years of welding experience in various techniques. Excellent blueprint reading skills. Ability to understand and interpret IMI WPS and WPQRs. Hands-on experience in repairing cracked parts, filling holes, and resizing metal parts. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
