Job Title: Accounting ClerkLocation: Nampa, IDCompensation: $55k-$65k + benefitsCV Resources is partnering with a reputable company to find a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing job costing, and supporting reconciliation processes.Key Responsibilities:Perform double-entry accounting, ensuring all debits and credits are accurately recorded.Manage job costing to allocate expenses and track project profitability.Conduct reconciliations, including bank statements, general ledger accounts, and project costs.Utilize Spectrum/Viewpoint software for financial data management and reporting.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure financial records are organized and maintained.Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.Qualifications - Must Haves:Solid understanding of double-entry accounting (debits and credits).Experience with job costing processes.Proficiency in account reconciliations.Experience with Spectrum or Viewpoint accounting software.Nice to Have:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.If you have a strong foundation in accounting and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow, we'd love to hear from you!To apply or learn more, contact CV Resources today.PandoLogic.
