Location: New York, NY Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and certified MRI Technologist for a travel contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of MRI experience, expertise in operating GE and Siemens equipment, and current certification from ARRT or ARMRIT. Schedule: * Start Date: January 6, 2025 * Hours Per Week: 40 * Shift Details: Variable Shift Duties: * Perform high-quality MRI imaging procedures. * Operate MRI equipment, including GE and Siemens systems. * Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. * Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and accuracy. * Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with industry standards. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience. * Certification and registration in Magnetic Resonance Imaging by ARRT or ARMRIT. * Proficiency in operating MRI equipment. * Strong command of the English language (read, write, speak). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with GE and Siemens equipment. Work Environment: This position is based in New York City and involves shifts across weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced radiology department.
