RESPONSIBIITIES AND DUTIES: • Complete mechanical erection of all equipment in batching and mixing plant. • Verify equipment on site and staged. • Communicate with supervisor any delays, issues and requests for change orders. • Communicate with customers as needed. • Clean up job site at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night. • Assist with plant start-up and trouble shooting. • Perform all duties assigned by the Field Services Supervisor or Manager. • Adhere to all company policies. SKILLS: • Excellent construction skills and ability to resolve challenges. • Ability to read and understand engineering assembly drawings. • Must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. • Ability to work independently as well as with crew members • Ability to adapt to new situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time. • Ability to prioritize and complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in all weather conditions. • Ability to use basic Math skills - add, subtract, multiply, divide, measurements, fractions. • Ability to operate equipment such as telescoping forklift, aerial lift, etc. • Ability to use basic construction tools including hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, portable welder, cutting torch, rigging chains and straps, come-alongs, ladders, etc. • Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules, policies and regulations. WORKING CONDITIONS: Jobsite, mostly outdoors Extensive Travel required (80-90%); duration dependent on project, 1-3 weeks at a time typical. Non-union. QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in commercial and industrial projects . • Valid driver's License. DESIRED: • Experience working in construction or related field. • Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods. • Currently posses a valid US Passport or the ability to obtain one. • Arc welding experience.
