In this role youll be responsible for tracking major projects such as marketing offers, product launches and content launches and ensuring the broader team is properly looped in and consulted on launch plans and necessary real time changes. This role sits on the project management team within the growth marketing strategy team, responsible for overseeing growth marketing campaign planning as well as creative and messaging delivery. The PM team works as a bridge between the creative, media buying and strategy teams to ensure that creative is requested, delivered, and approved in a timely manner for upcoming marketing campaigns. Growth marketing is tasked with driving new subscriber sign-ups and offerings. While youll be predominantly working on US domestic campaigns, the team operates in a global capacity and youll be asked to assist with other regional campaigns as needed. Were looking for someone who can keep clear communication and remain highly organized in a complex team environment. The ideal candidate also helps elevate our strategic thinking around our project management processes and finds efficiencies - are we communicating effectively? Responsibilities: You will own a number of key initiatives for the strategy team: Submit creative briefs for priority campaigns, creative refreshes, and tests Create and manage timelines to account for all necessary approvals, translations, and production Track and provide status updates to the broader acquisition team QA creative assets Liaise with domestic and international marketing teams and communicate timelines and delays across teams Look for ways to implement and/or improve project management processes across slack, microsoft teams, email and Airtable Assist with migrating communications across tools Basic Qualification: 4-5 years of work experience in digital marketing, project management, creative operations or similar roles. Experience managing projects across multiple teams and demonstrated success in getting things done in complex environments. Familiarity with file management process e.g. Box & project management tools such as Airtable or Monday Familiarity with direct to consumer marketing, digital marketing and/or entertainment marketing a plus Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done Sense of humor and desire to have fun!
